For as long as I can remember I have been athletic. As a child I was introduced to Gymnastics, Dance, and Track. As time went on and my goals changed, my aspirations transpired to the sciences. After receiving my Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry I realized “late” that a profession spent behind the scenes would no longer accommodate my desires. It was time to reinvent. So like any college graduate I sought the high road only to realize that reinventing would be harder than it sound.
Looking for a route to success I went into retail and eventually moved very quickly up the ladder to management. It is there that I realized I had something more to give. Even though I loved managing a team and building rapport with patrons and clients, I needed something with more autonomy and more interpersonal relationships.
I remember rushing home from work just to get to the gym or even more waking up at 4 am to get ready for my gym classes and group training at 5 am. It was the highlight of my day. Not only was I obsessed with the gym but the part that made me so joyful and down right proud is the fact that every single accomplishment was a reckoning of hard work, passion, commitment, and time. It was totally something I decided to accomplish and made it a reality.
That’s the thing about fitness... “You can bring a horse to the water, but you can’t make him drink.” ANY TRAINER has the skills to get you strong, confident in modalities, and conditioned, but ABSOLUTELY NO ONE CAN MAKE YOU DO ANYTHING. It is entirely up to you! You have to want it and you have to need it otherwise you will essentially be wasting time and money. Who wants that?
After countless gym sessions both at home and at the physical entity, I have come to the conclusion that this was my calling. I dreamed about this maybe one hundred million times and although I never quite thought the platform would be fitness I am sure this is where God wants me to be. I am not only confident in who I am but I can get you there as well.
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT), AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor (AFAA-GFI), TRX®️ Certified Coach, and a Fitness Enthusiast at heart. My skill set lies in interpersonal relationships, building a team-like and motivating atmosphere, building muscle in limited environments, losing weight from home, transitioning from home workouts to gym workouts and relearning a lifestyle that could change your mindset on endless possibilities for a better you.
I believe I want for you a healthier you, more than you do and together we can be unstoppable, meet your needs, answer your goals, and build your trust in me to get you to the finish line.

Yesssss Queens I know!! The thighs are normally a problem area! Sometimes it can be so frustrating and uncomfortable. The good news is that in this workout I go over exercises on how to get a thigh gap fast through continued workout routine and consistent behavior. Enjoy!
